At our recent Coffee morning we celebrated the 30th year Anniversary of Launceston and District u3a.

Guest of honour, Evelyn Campbell, and previous Chairs, Ann, Peter and Mike entertained everyone with some personal memories and reflections about our u3a from the past 30 years.

There was a very special Cake for the Occasion.

Special guest Evelyn Campbell one of the first members of Launceston u3a kindly cut the cake. The hosts for the morning were the Craft and Chatter group, who did an amazing job. The hall looked magnificent as it was adorned with bunting and flowers.

Coffee, Chat, Biscuits, Sausage rolls and of course Cake were enjoyed by all.

Also a big thanks to the Events Committee for their hard work, special thanks to Jenny for the flowers and to Iris for making the beautiful new tablecloths and bunting.

Heres to the Next 10 Years of Launceston u3a!
